Thomas A. Thomas

Thomas Allyn Thomas, 85, of Cambridge passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at his home.

He was born June 28, 1938 on the family farm in Benton Township, Iowa to Harry and Gladys Thomas and grew up in Mora, MN, graduating from Mora High School, class of 1956

On July 21, 1962 he was united in marriage to Helen Parker and they made their home in Cambridge, MN where  they raised three children Sean, Kyle and Sheilah.

Tom was a longtime science teacher at Cambridge-Isanti High School and was also a professor at Anoka-Ramsey Community College in Cambridge. He was greatly admired and influenced many young lives.

Tom was preceded in death by his wife Helen and daughter Sheilah; parents Harry and Gladys, sister Sally Ann Jordan

He is survived by his sons Sean (Kristin) Thomas, Kyle (Kelli) Thomas, six grandchildren Nick, Courtney, Meghan, Michael, Allie and Erin,  sisters, Mary Wine and Rosalee "Joey" Revell other relatives and friends.

Memorial service 11 AM Friday January 5, 2024 at Carlson-Lillemoen Funeral Home 311 S Ashland St. Cambridge, MN

Friends may gather 1 hour prior to service at the funeral home.

Private interment at Cambridge Union Cemetery.
