Rodney Cell Obituary

Rodney A. Cell of Cambridge, died on Saturday, December 31st, 2022 at home in Clear Lake, MN at the age of 56.

He was born on February 1, 1966 to Gordon and Carole Cell in Troy, Michigan.  Rod graduated from Cambridge High School in 1984.  After high school, Rod attended St. Cloud State University.  He went on to work for his father’s company Hi-Tech Rubber (previously Cam-Co and Dahlman).

Rod loved to fish, was an avid golfer, a member of Cambridge Curling Club for several years and adored his two daughters, Anna and Erin.

He is survived by his daughters Anna and Erin Cell of Cottage Grove, MN; brothers Craig Cell of Akron, OH; Brad (Sue) Cell of Richfield, MN and Gary (Penny) Cell of Blaine, MN and several nieces and nephews.

Rod was preceded in death by his parents Gordon and Carole Cell of Cambridge, MN; sister Cindy Johnson of Cambridge, MN; brother Keith Cell of Rockford, IL; and nephew James Nesbitt of Braham, MN.
