Robin Marilyn Wetther, passed away on February 23, 2026, in North Branch, Minnesota. Born on October 24, 1970, in Cambridge, Minnesota, Robin was the beloved daughter of David A. Wetther and Lillian H. (Reineccius) Wetther.
Robin grew up in Isanti and attended Cambridge High School, where she graduated in 1989. Her early years were marked by a strong connection to her community and faith, as she was both baptized and confirmed at Cambridge Lutheran Church. Robin worked at the Creamery Cafe in Isanti while still in high school.
Throughout her life, Robin's passions were a reflection of her loving and gentle nature. She was a devoted fan of Michael Jackson, joining his fan club in her younger years and always cherishing his music. Her love for music extended beyond her favorite artist, as she enjoyed attending concerts and embracing the joy and camaraderie they brought. Robin's sense of humor was one of her most cherished attributes; she loved to hear and share jokes, bringing laughter and lightness to those around her.
An avid sports enthusiast, Robin's loyalty to the Minnesota Vikings was unwavering. She celebrated their victories with gusto and remained hopeful through their defeats, embodying the true spirit of a fan. In a more personal sphere, Robin had a unique and endearing affection for "pigs," finding joy in anything related to the adorable creatures. This quirky interest was just one of the many facets that made her such a memorable and lovable individual.
Robin was preceded in death by her parents, David and Lillian, as well as her brothers, Tim, Jon, Terry, and Corey Wetther. She is survived by her siblings, Carole (Larry) Wilson of Isle, Larry (Janice) Wetther of Stanchfield, Tom (Diane) Wetther of Cambridge, and Tina (Rob) Marshall of Isanti; niece, nephews, cousins, and her "house sisters", Dorothy, Helen, Kim, and Laura, will hold onto the memories of her loving spirit. Robin also leaves behind many special caregivers, who became constant companions and everlasting friends, reflecting the deep bonds she formed with those who cared for her.
Celebration of Life Gathering 5-7PM, Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at Carlson-Lillemoen Funeral Home. Private interment in Cambridge Lutheran Cemetery at a later date.
