Richard LeRoy Rowley, 77, of Burnsville, formerly of Cambridge passed away on Sunday, May 1, 2022 at M Fairview Ridges Hospital in Burnsville.

He was born August 13, 1944 in Minneapolis, MN to Perry and Evelyn (Morris) Rowley.
