Mark Allan Scott, 59, of Princeton passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids.
He was born January 17, 1962 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Anders and Ruth (Prokosch) Scott. Mark grew up in St. Louis Park and graduated from St. Louis Park High School in 1980. Following high school he attended Anoka-Hennepin Vo-Tech and earned a degree in small engine repair. Mark worked in the small engine repair field for a few years before starting work as a machinist at Precise Products in Minneapolis. In 1994 he went to work for Brenk Brothers as a machinist and was currently their Quality Manager.
On August 16, 2016 he was united in marriage to Tracy Johnson at their home in Spencer Brook Township.
Mark enjoyed spending time outdoors working, cutting wood and keeping his wood stove going in the winter. He liked doing projects with his skid steer, shooting his guns, and being outside with his dogs Koda and Karma. He especially loved spending time with his kids and grandkids and going out with his in-laws Darrell and Judy.
He was preceded in death by his mother in February 2002 and his father in June 2014. Mark is survived by his wife Tracy, sons Michael (Becky) Scott of Zimmerman, Daniel (Jessica) Scott of Rogers, step-daughter Tristin Wylie of Mora, four grandchildren Ryland and William Scott, Allee Wylie, and Henry Scott, brother Kevin Scott of Zimmerman, niece Kimberly Scott of Maple Grove and nephew Garrett Scott of Las Vegas, NV, parents-in-law Darrell and Judy Johnson of Mora, as well as several other relatives and friends.
A Public Visitation will be held from 11AM - 2PM, Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Carlson-Lillemoen Funeral Home. There will be a Private Funeral Service.
