Judy A. LeFebvre

Judy A. LeFebvre, aged 72 of Elk River, MN, passed away unexpectedly at her home on October 30, 2023.

Born December 5, 1950, in Brainerd, MN, Judy was the daughter of Merlin and Floy Steenerson.  In 1967, her family relocated to Elk River, MN, where she attended Elk River High School and graduated in 1970.  On July 14, 1973, she married her high school sweetheart, Paul LeFebvre.  Judy was a devoted mother, deeply engaged in her daughters’ various activities, including dance, Girl Scouts, and cheerleading. For many years, Judy worked alongside Paul at LeFebvre Companies, overseeing the pilot car program.  Later in life, she cherished her Bingo games, lunches with girlfriends, card games with her brothers, and spending time at the lake with her family and grandchildren.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Merlin and Floy Steenerson as well as her step-mother, Geri Steenerson.

She is survived by her daughters Tyra LeFebvre (fiancé Jason) and Stacy (Craig) Benjamin. Judy was a loving grandmother to Kaylie Beckers, Emma Beckers, Piper Benjamin and Ryder Benjamin.

She is also survived by her former husband Paul LeFebvre, and her brothers Terry Steenerson, Mark (Lise) Steenerson, Scott Steenerson along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

 A Mass of Christian Burial 12 PM (Noon) Saturday November 11, 2023 at The Church of St. Andrew, 566 4th St. NW Elk River, MN

Visitation will take place 2 hours before the Mass at the church, followed by interment St. Andrew’s Parish Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
