Jon Dennis Pearson

Jon Dennis Pearson, age 53, of Cambridge/Isanti area, passed away on February 27, 2024 in Mora, Minnesota.

Jon was born in Minneapolis on August 11th, 1970 to Dennis and Donna (Powell) Pearson.

While Jon left us far too soon, the impact he had on our community and family will be felt for years to come.  Jon graduated in 1989 from Cambridge High School.  He was a very hard worker and committed 31 years to Dahlquist Machinery.  Jon had a passion for riding motorcycles and found a second family in his club.  Many days and nights were spent riding and building a brotherhood.

Jon’s biggest accomplishment was being a father to his son Tyler.  Years of hunting together was a bond that will be cherished for a lifetime.  One of Jon’s proudest moments was watching his son become a father himself to his beautiful daughter, Everly. "Grandpa" was his favorite title.

Jon had a big heart for his whole family.  The respect and admiration for his parents was obvious to anyone who knew him.

He is survived by his son Tyler (Marina) Pearson, granddaughter Everly; parents Dennis (Donna) Pearson; sister DeAnn (Eric) Houck; brother Curtis (Jessica) Pearson and his nieces, nephews, family, friends, Lorie Dixon and his motorcycle brotherhood.

Jon was preceded in death by his grandparents; Arnold and Delores Pearson and Eugene and Vida Powell.

A Celebration of Jon’s life will be held at Cambridge Lutheran Church 621 Old North Main St. Cambridge at 2:00 PM Friday, March 8, 2024.

Friends may gather 1 hour prior to his service at the church.

Private interment at Cambridge Lutheran Cemetery.

A second Celebration of Jon's life will be held on Saturday, March 9th at 2:00 PM at the Isanti VFW 410 Railroad Ave SE, Isanti, MN.
