A couple years later he sold that business and moved to Minneapolis to work as a truck driver for various trucking companies. He spent the 80's in Maple Grove while his 3 boys attended Osseo, and he loved watching them compete in sports. He later lived up by Mille Lacs for years before heading to the warmth of Ocala, Florida.
