Elaine Evelyn Powell, 74, of Chisago City, Minnesota, passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at Parmly on the Lake in Center City.

She was born March 8, 1947 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Lyle and Marlene (Johnson) Powell.

Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert Olson, and sister Karen Eichhorn.

She is survived by a son and other family and friends.
