Charlotte A. Moreau

            Charlotte Ann Moreau of Chisago City went home to be with Jesus on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at the age of 62.

            She was born June 22, 1960 in Cambridge, Minnesota to Bernard and Geraldine (Richert) Moreau.

            Charlotte loved people and people loved her.  She had a sweet, loving personality.  She resided at Lacina Foster Care of Harris for 15 years before moving to Parmly on The Lake in Chisago City.  The entire family loved Charlotte; she went on several camping trips with them.  She loved shopping and getting her nails done, along with riding on the pontoon, the paddle boat and partaking in sports of any kind.

            She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Lori Houle.  Charlotte is survived by her aunt Jan Christy of Mesa, AZ, foster care parents who were a blessing from God - Will and Dawn Lacina, many cousins, other relatives and caregivers.

           Graveside Service 2PM, Friday, September 23, 2022 at Isanti Union Cemetery with Pastor Harry Eklund officiating.
