Barbara Erickson Obituary
Barbara Ann Erickson, 74, of Cambridge, MN passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, October 18, 2025 surrounded by her family.
She was born November 16, 1950 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Robert and Darlene (German) Zellner. They later moved to a Minneapolis suburb and finally the Dalbo area where she graduated from Cambridge High School in 1968.
She married David Erickson in 1970 and enjoyed 55 years of wedded bliss. She co-owned an office supply business in Cambridge for several years and later became a para-professional special education teacher for the Cambridge-Isanti school district. She retired when her first of four grandchildren were born. She spent the rest of her life enjoying her grandchildren as they grew up and became young adults, going to each and every event they participated in. She enjoyed traveling around the country, setting foot in all but two states. She visited many friends, connecting with each of them while traveling this great country of ours.
Barbara is survived by her husband David, her son Chad (Cassie) Erickson and her grandchildren Alexandra and Sophia, her daughter Kimberly (Brandon) Pound and her grandchildren Maliyah and Lleyton Pound, other relatives, and many good friends.
